HB2002 HFA Marcum 1-26

            Delegate Marcum moves to amend the Committee Substitute on page 6, section 13c, line 35, by striking out the period, inserting a semicolon and the following:

            “and,

            (4) a defendant whose acts or omissions constitute intentional, willful, wanton or gross negligence which is a proximate cause of the damages suffered by the plaintiff.”
